My name is Ciela and I have been practicing Tantra for over 7 years and I am a student of massage therapy, herbal medicine, & dance for over 15 years.

I took a deep dive into the healing arts path from a young start. I have always been naturally sensitive and tuned into the natural world, senses, and creative life force energies.

When I was 20 I traveled to Central America and lived with a Mayan medicine woman where I studied herbal healing and abdominal massage. I took these amazing herbal baths by simply harvesting medicinal herbs, letting them soak in moon light over night and sunlight during the day, attuning myself to my prayers/intentions of cleansing and then bathing with the herbal waters.

I was further inspired to go to massage school when I returned to the United States. I attended 2 different massage schools studying cranio sacral, polarity, swedish, deep tissue, acupressure, stone massage & lomi lomi.

I was initiated into Tantra in a very non-traditional way; through my body and direct communication with the earth. I began to worship myself as “Devi”, or goddess. There was a simple but very clear shift of my consciousness where my relationship to myself drastically changed. This happened while I was in deep study and retreat at what was Harbin School of Healing Arts. I was studying hours and hours with hands on application of acupressure, or Shiatsu. With all of the bodywok I was giving and receiving, I experienced a clearing and a renewal of Self. My teacher at the time saw me as who I really am and for me this was a new kind of reality; to be seen. I began to devote time and space to explore myself and cultivate an inner realm of passion, intimacy & courage known to me now as Tantra.

Tantra is a path of devotion and practice.

I worked for a collective of Tantra providers and continued my trainings through hands on experience of working with clients from many walks of life. By attuning to my own breath, energy, and physical body I saw that I was able to create a safe space for my clients to drop in deeper into their own bodies and breath. Meditations for clients began to come through with ease; a realtionship between the earth and our bodies showed itself to be a vital ingredient on the Tantric Path. At the time I didn’t see or experience other practicioners of Tantra attuning to the earth connection. It felt to me so clearly important and yet the Tantra around me was missing this important aspect. Through my own passion and drive and devotion to this Path of Earth Tantra, I began to branch out on my own and I made my way to Portland where I have been for the past 3 years.

This practice and offering has become an integrated part of my life. The sensual and erotic parts of the self, although sometimes hidden, can be some of the most beauty full and power full to explore.

My offerings come from lineages of power & creativity that go back to the time of the Sacred Sphinx of Egypt (Kemet) & into secret and sacred realms of Dakinis and Goddesses.
